Check the date on that 'page'. I believe it is 'current'.
That might be the most current page but that does not necessarily mean the information contained on that page is current.

True, but WHY would one copyright obsolete info?

You better run over there and check. The house at 828 Oceanview Drive is on the market.

Now that is just plain weird! :D

A website I used to help run updated the copyright automatically. It was just part of the program the designer used. So you could easily copyright obsolete info if your not updating it and have this feature.

the why is easy...lazy. Make one change and it covers the entire website. It would take work to verify that every page that got changed had accurate info.

The why is easier than the how.

Gotta defend Admin on this. He gots more than enough to do and probably is under direction to not delete obsolete stuff.

I didn't mean to pick on the website administrator. Lazy was a poor choice of words. As I said I helped run a website and it is a ton of work and is most likely only a small part of his/hers job description. So I apologize it isn't lazy it is likely not a priority. That of course is if it is even obsolete. I still believe its accurate. I agree that it seems accurate.

Drove by, no For Sale signs. I gave him a call this evening and he's still there and still in the Shopsmith service business - mostly headstock repairs.
