Basically, yes. However:

There are 3 different designs, in 2 metals.

2 hole rests in cast iron and aluminum
4 hole rests in CI ans Aluminum.

And, the tilt-down jointer mount rest.
(I don't know if that one is 2 or 4 hole,
or which metal.)

I have two of the jointer head rests here. They are both aluminum and have a single hole. However the foot where the hole is is longer than the standard head rest and the hole is elongated. It is 2" long.

So I have a machine almost exactly like the one Chuck posted he is buying, but I am missing one piece as far as I know...the lathe tool rest.

What are these machine's worth? I have the sanding disk, tablesaw, and the jointer/planer insert.

I was going to try and clean this up but came across a much newer one....neither of which have I used, and need space.
