Thank you. Really nice. I have never seen that kind of clamp. I went a different way, using t-track in a piece of 3/4" ply (14x22) and some t-track clamps. Haven't used it yet, but will in the next few hours, so it might not work as anticipated.

My solution is a variation of using the tee nuts. Take a piece of 3/4 plywood and secure it to the table with tee nuts and then use that as your base. Then screw another piece of 3/4 ply to it with 1-1/4 screws. The second piece is sacrificial. You can then use 1-1/4 screws to secure your work piece to the top sacrificial piece of ply. Works well and takes about 15 min to make. If you don't have any tee nuts you can make your own out of any hardwood using the table saw and 1/4" tee nuts. I make them as long as the table slot with four tee nuts in each to give me better clamping area. The tee nut bars come in handy for all sorts of stuff. Since making several takes about as much time as making one make up a couple of sets.
