Fragmented Heart

Post by ExtraMile »

That is what I call it.

A good way to use up some scraps!

It is mounted on a piece of SurePly, first cut to shape then painted a chestnut brown, to keep and small areas, not covered with scraps, looking like they are. Then glued in place and then re-cut on band saw and then finally, given a coat of poly.

IMHO: We all have many life experiences that make up the caring side of our hearts and each piece of wood has its own differences just as our heart does.

Re: Fragmented Heart - Update :)

The Fragmented Heart (FM), will be used for a sermon by Pastor Bob, (PB) this Sunday! (barring any delays, due to his grand childs early arrival). PB, saw this item (at my booth) at the farm show a couple weeks ago and said he loved it. So the next day, he came bearing a gift for me a chunk of (Basswood). And I returned the favor. He now is the proud owner of the (FM)!!!

He just told me, that the heart is his latest 'prop of proclamation'

How cool is this?!?
