polishing/grinding wheel on a MV

Post by krimedog »

Hello!
Anyone had any success adding a polishing wheel or grinding wheel to the Mark V? I would like to give it a try, but not sure the best route...

Thanks in advance for suggestions.

You can use any type of wheel that will/can fit on one of the universal arbors. I've used wire burshes, cloth polishing wheels, staysharp sharpening wheel. Just be sure to watch your speed and protect the way tubes.

Also, these are awesome. Way better than wire brushes; probably my most-used tool for machine restoration. My local Ace Hardware stocks them.
