Underneath the red buttons ("Preview" "Submit" etc) you'll see an upload attachments link, click that. Below your post, you see a "Choose File" button to choose your image and then a red "Add the File" button.

Then a "Place Inline" button will appear, click it.

It looks familiar but I can't tell you where it belongs. It is not part of the headstock (Mark V).

It is part of the finger guard mechanism on your jointer.

It is item #52 in this parts drawing.
