Lift for the surface sander

Post by masonsailor2 »

I have been wanting to develop a better method to store and deploy my surface sander for some time. I have been leaving it permanently mounted on a 510 and it is not an attachment that I use that often. The problem is that it weighs too much and is too bulky for me to transfer alone. I decided to build a lift for it Sunday and it seems to work well. Now I will back it up to the wall and screw it to a stud or two.
