Yes, and it is completely refurbished. This is the second time I have seen it. If it goes for less than $100 it is a bargain. I have it on my watch list just to see what it goes for. I have five 10ERs here and they all have speed changers.

There was another one not refurbished (item 111758047272) that was listed buy it now $100 or best offer. It went for best offer which I assume would be less than $100. It was only there for a few days.
