Has anyone heard anything on how he is doing? If I were in Florida I would have been at the hospital.

I haven't been here in a while - sorry to hear about Bill's health problems but glad they discovered it and he's getting the necessary surgery. You are in my thoughts - update us on how things went when you have the time. Meanwhile, thanks for all you haver done over the years for the Shopsmith community.

GOOD NEWS!!!! I just got off the phone with Ann Mayo and I am happy to report that Bill was sitting up in a chair today. The surgery apparently went very well and prognosis is good. He is still in ICU because there are no beds available right now. When I hear more I will post it.

I called earlier and just got the answering machine. I just found I had a message from Ann Mayo. Bill is doing very well. Sitting up and eating. They taken out all the tubes. They are talking sending him home on Friday. Ann said they covet all of our prayers.

I spoke with Ann a few minutes ago and with Bill's less restrictive blood flow following bypass, they are going to keep him til early next week as they stabilise and get his blood pressure up a bit more and balance out his meds.
She is holding up and has their kids there helping out. She will tell Bill hello for all of us, and expressed their thanks for and requested additional on-going prayers.
