This is the same Shopsmith I was going to pick up a few weeks for $175 but a neighbor saw it being put outside for me and payed the guy for my machine. He did call and told me not to come over to get it. I am in no shape to even bid on it but will ask if he can deliver it.

Found a great deal on a mark v 500, $350 with bandsaw, jointer, jigsaw, belt sander, and even a planer. Not to mention it looks like it's in decent shape. Might have to post pictures.

Yes they are pricey but retail is $300 and the cheapest I found before was $260
I seldom buy from Woodcraft because their sale prices are usually higher than many other sources every day prices with shipping, that and I have a difficult time dealing with a company that wants to sell you a subscription to a woodworking magazine which shamelessly promotes only the products they sell , however I do get their baltic birch when on sale plus occasionally exotic woods for chess sets, etc.. which means about once a month I browse through the sale stuff.
Additionally they have the Nova Pen jaws for $25 (retail $45) if you were looking to get a set.
Yes, I presume that this section is really for Shopsmith bargains, but I didn't want to take up space in any of the other forum sections as it seems like promoting sales from one company.
Be well,
Ben
Seems like you gave more reasons to buy from Woodcraft than buying seldom from them.
FWIW, I bought my Powermatic PM2000 table saw from Woodcraft 5+ years ago when Powermatic had a 10% sale and Woodcraft had a 5% sale. The local store honored both. I was in the process of building my shop and was not ready to buy the saw but the price was unbelievable with the discounts. I had no place to store it so my local Woodcraft stored in in their store for almost 6 months.

Bill, if you want to unload the bandsaw, let me know.
If you have someone to arrange for shipping to Arizona,
I'd like a bandsaw to mount on my ER. (Yes it will. That
ER has a Mk5 ponytail headrest.)

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.
Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.
