Are the backup bearings adjusted OK? Are you talking about the blade leaning towards the rear of the cut?. I generally cut tenon cheeks on the table saw after cutting the tenon shoulders.
I use this fixture for the cheeks

Try cross cutting a 2X4 to see if the bandsaw blade exits the cut evenly from top to bottom. It should.

Remember the wheel and blade is 'canted'! As such, the blade at the bottom of the workpiece leads the top.
