I think I saw one not too long ago that was part of a faceplate, it was larger 3/4" or so for turning natural edged bowls. I did a quick search for one but couldn't find it. I made one out of a 3/4" bar about 5 or 6" long and filed the flat in it, I chuck it in my 4-jaw chuck using the no. 1 jaws. for safety use the tail-stock with a center to make sure the piece doesn't fly off.
