Unbelievable difference in prices. 2 cents per wheel verses 15 cents. hard to find on their extensive list of parts, but WELL worth the look.

Been spending $45 for 300 wheels - now I can get 1000 wheels for $46.

Thanks for the truck pictures, was this your design? The last toy truck I did had to be about 37 years ago now. I think I still have it in a tub in the garage. If I remember right it was made of cedar with pine wheels and natural finish.

Excellent! Congrats on combining volunteer work with your passion. I do volunteer work one day a week and it's and it's not nearly as much fun as making cars and trucks.

I really appreciate every bit of attention ya'll have given to this thread Although I have, in the past, posted photos of 3 different bunches of these toys, this thread has garnered the most attention!!

It is my hope that some will get an idea of something they can make for kids and eventually be able to follow up by making some toys, or other gifts. If they can go to charity groups or causes, or individual kids. I know they will be appreciated to a great extent.

In later years, as these wood toys are remembered, those kids may be motivated to acquire the abilities so they themselves will become toy/gift makers.
