That is a truly awesome looking job! I want a 10er to rebuild so bad, but can't seem to find a good deal on one close to me.

Thanks guys. I have four more here to refurb. The plan is to keep two of the five. The first one to keep will be a display machine. By all accounts it was a demo machine. It has the SS logo on the back side of the head stock. I just need to find out how to restore the logo.

I have a 4e jointer complete (plus one with the end support without the hinge), speed changer for all, jig saw (more than one), complete MK V SPT adapter kit for the 10ER, pristine new style table raiser and all the normal parts

Argh, I can't find the picture of the table raiser.

The big deal is how to restore the logo on the back side of the "demo" machine.

I think the problem would be that it wouldn't stick to the rough cast iron very well. The original was painted on I think. I need to find a place that can cut a stencil. The original looks like it was a white circle then a stencil for the red.

We got back from Sacramento Friday. I got in the shop today and started reassembly. I waxed the tubes again and the cast iron bores. Things slide nicely and the refurbished locks work great.

It is a late table riser I think (1951-1952). I have the digital manual but can't find it right now. I will let you know.

I got it on eBay and I don't think I have ever seen another one.
