It sucks to get that much rain at one time, but that is how things work. The earth has a finite amount of water, and it has never been distributed evenly, and it never will be. Now that Texas is flooding, somewhere else will be suffering a drought.

And here I thought everyone would understand, my question! I do not even consider myself newsworthy, any longer.

I have not had cable in this house since May 2011 and I do not even miss it!
