It looks very functional, I was worried about trees and the way it is set up (seemingly) I think you will be fine.

Yes, it appears it was in the thread title. ;)

However, some minor flooding here in the Atlanta area this past weekend. Didn't effect me, other than it's been WET!! :mad:

Flooding in Houston/Texas last week from Hurricane Patricia.

Flooding in South Carolina from Hurricane Joaquin the week before that. The reports on rainfall in South Carolina were staggeringly unbelievable!! :eek:

Storms with heavy rain in LA/California causing major MUD slides.
