It's the best $12 a woodworker could spend. It's good for all 3 days of the show. It's a lot of fun! It helps if you have access to the internet while you're there unless you know your prices. There are a lot of deals there. People are carrying stuff out to their cars by the cart load.

The last few years here in California these shows have been in steady decline, last year the show was half the size of the year before. Deals were far and few between. I do not have to pay an admission fee and am glad of it for it's not worth the money. A few years ago Shopsmith had representatives at the show and there was lots to see but the last few years have been grim. Maybe because of the internets influence and the availability of smart phones we know the prices and if your at a show it better be a good deal or no sale! Guess that we that live on the West Coast get left behind as in years past. I much enjoyed attending these shows hope the economy will pick-up so they'll be offered again.
