The Greatness officially starts
Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.

Re: Router table/cabinet
OlcC6 thats what I want to do for the top as far as hinging it. And keep the front storage simple like yours compared to Norms.

Re: Router table/cabinet
I have a similar top and simple design. One thing I suggest is a dust collection port. Rockler has a nice t-shaped one to link the fence and inner cabinet. Oh and add casters.
I do suggest Baltic birch plywood to my chip board though.

Re: Router table/cabinet
Beave, yes will do a double dust collection system, OSB is great for strength and flatness, not my cup of tea for looks, Menards has 4x8ft 3/4 inch birch for 40$, not Baltic but looks good. Al mu stuff is on lockable castors except the work bench, just have so much space and need to keep it tucked off to the side, which works good in place for most things, unless breaking down something long or sheet goods.
