Hi Bill and Group,
Bill Mayo has mentioned from time to time that he's adapted a headstock to power a Power Station. I would love to see a picture of this if anyone has one to post. I've done some searching to no avail. Thank you!

Re: Headstock Powered Power Station
Here is a picture of my Mark V Power Station that I completed many years ago from a badly damaged Power Station. I used it as a joiner and planer knife sharpening station. Note the 500 main tillable table with legs welded to fit the SPT mounting holes. Also note the 3" casters that I offer for the Power Station and Power Stand. I was still disappointed with the fact that only one SPT could be mounted with this setup. Now I am in the process (60%) of adapting a MINI frame kit to fit the Power Station platform. I am using a reversible Mark V headstock with 2 base arms to hold the way tubes. This give me a smaller footprint than the MINI Shopsmith uses. Hopefully pictures in another week or so.

Re: Headstock Powered Power Station
Amazing. I'm interested in powering a band saw full time with something similar. Looking forward to your next set of pictures. Many thanks Bill and Happy Holidays to you and yours!billmayo wrote:Here is a picture of my Mark V Power Station that I completed many years ago from a badly damaged Power Station.
