His Highness Declared today, but in his mention of all the locals of these mass shootings/murders, which by FBI standards is when 3 or more are killed/wounded by the same shooter. With a tear in his eye, he did not mention his home town of Chicago where 300+ under 18 where killed last year and a few were by a single shooter that wounded/killed, a mass shooter, 3 or more. Or his buddy the Mayor in Chicago!
The 2 High Holiness-es Rev Jackson and Sharpton have not made a trip to Chicago to march on black on black shootings/murders like they have for a white police officer justified shooting of a black person, go figure. Maybe a bit scared to get shot themselves?
When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns!!!!! Pretty much the way it is now, it is not like they buy them legally!!!
OBTW check the closing stock prices of Smith N Wesson, and Sturmm Ruger today!!!!

Yes, there is a message. Mr. Obama is probably the worst president since Carter. Remember the Misery Index under Carter? In the Air Force the highest enlisted rank is Chief Master Sargent. His pay grade is E-9. When you address a Chief Master Sergent you say Chief John Doe. I worked one time for a "Chief" that I don't know how he ever made that rank. He actually got removed from the job he was (not) doing when I worked for him. I have always referred to him as an E-9 and not a Chief. Mr. Obama is in the same class.

Since he is weak (non existent) on protecting this country by taking us out of Iraq and Afghanistan look what has happened. The entire world is in peril.

This is not about guns it is about the people that use them. Criminals will always have guns. They are CRIMINALS so they don't get things legally.

Someone please tell me, out of all these shootings in the last how many years, how many of the guns were obtained legally under the present laws? Most?

John, I totally agree with you, I do think the 2 in CA had a friend that got them legally and now he maybe/is under indictment for giving/selling them to them.
2nd, most anything opinion I say/give here will raise Dustys dandruff, so I just take it as a grumpy old man, like the 2 movies. It is Community Thread!!! Take a laxative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our country is at its weakest point it ever was, and with the least amount of other free nations support. God forbid if HC gets in, but I do believe/hope she has a tougher foreign policy. Bengashi!!!!!

I am still in awe that his desire to control guns was rejected by congress, and so he decided to use an executive order to go around congress to get his way. I am sorry, but in a democracy if congress (elected representatives of the people) doesn't pass it, it is considered not desired by the citizens of the United States. There are governments where this does happen though, a dictatorship, monarchy, and empire. I consider this "going around congress after they rejected it" to be treason, and an impeachable offense.

As for Hilary, why would anyone want a president with a scandal going INTO office. She should be in prison, not the oval office.

I normally don't get involved with the politics here but please. You are talking about our Commander in Chief and a potential candidate for that office. These are people above the law and per them above petty criticism. Obviously several of you have a problem with disarming the populace ( not the bad guys of course ). Obviously there are no students of history here. Disarming the populace has worked so well in other nations throughout history. Ok I will give you that there have been a few exceptions but really they were minor. Communism and the Nazis can't be considered anything significant. Oh and those petulant colonists back in 1776. And another point. Why do Americans need automatic weapons ? Our federal government has them for us. That is working so well. Just ask the Arizona governor.

Beave, right on, there are time an executive order is needed and then get approval from congress and the senate after the fact. This has been the dumbing down of are political system, police, school standards ect.
