need to get my mod 10 shopsmith to a good home

Post by dawn »

i have my late fathers mod 10 1950s shopsmith and need to get it to a good home. it is complete with lath accessories, drill press chuck, disk & drum sanders and the accessories it was purchased with in early 1950s.
i am in san antonio tx.
i am not seeking to sell, I just want to have it go to a good home where it will be appreciated and used.
will need to be picked up or shipped, recipient arranging for shipping carrier & recipient assuming shipping costs.
pictures posted are what it looks like. i can take and send pictures to someone interested....
thank you.....

Lover, you can call me Steve, if you want. :D

No, skou doesn't have a car, and that part of Texas is almost 700 miles away

But, he STILL wants it!

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

OK, someone has had MORE to drink than I have.

And, that is sayin' somethin!' :D

Richard, if you want to sell a few parts, (like Ross Perot said,)
I'm ALL ears!

(Ross WAS all ears! Looked like a taxi driving, with BOTH
back doors open.)

Got that one right!

EXCEPT, when your crane lifts it into drill-press mode!
(Which is why Doctor Hans made the horizontal drill-press
mode! That man was so smart, I bet he could have invented
Thermite!)

(Different Doctor Hans Goldschmidt.)
