Great score today

Post by masonsailor2 »

So they were cutting down a pretty good size tree across the street today and the tree cutter was gracious enough to cut me off the trunk base. It's a pretty good size chunk and looks to have decent spalting. Can't wait to cut into it.

That's just the driveway. Pretty much bare concrete. Just looks different in the pic. And yes that's my Vette.

Ship building must be good!!! But you are one of the best!!! Those wood slugs in the water, cant do what a Vette does! But did the Brits in WWII have a motor ship called a Corvette? Like a light weight US Destroyer/Cruiser?

Continuing off topic, I was at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY a month ago and they have a model in a case of other items called "Corvette", of HMCS Snowberry (K 166).a Corvette of the Flower class. Here is a pic:

How funny. I picked mine up at the museum. Fun place. Well now I have to get that stump cut up and dried. Always the fun part.
