Assuming the plastic parts are in as good condition as the rest appears to be it is a good thing. Also the table is deeper and with the attachable aux table the main table is much larger than a Mark 5/V.
Just my tainted opinion.

I think of it as essentially a prototype to both the 505-520 series and the Mark 7.
Beware the plastic parts however!!!
Oh and the 'dreaded' left right aux table alignment should not exist since the way/bench tubes are 'stopped' in the end castings.
P.S. Notice I did NOT mention the 'vac'.
