On todays walk (hawk in the trees)
Today I spotted a hawk off in the woods and thought I would give you a chance to find it, that is if you care to.
This is what you are looking for:
I'll give you a hint, it is pretty much centered in the picture.
Answer will be in my next post so cheat if you must.

Re: On todays walk (hawk in the trees)
Cant find it in the first pic but sure JPG will.
I think it is a Falcon no shoulders, streamed lined in there attack dive, not a Hawk they have large shoulders.

I found it but I have pinch zoom on my Surface so it feels like cheating. Beautiful flyer there.

I trust you know that bird doesn't look like the bird I posted right? Look at the cere to start with.........ERLover wrote:Falcon
The one I posted is a coopers hawk, here is another shot where you can see the banding on the tail.

Just now looked. Did not see it until after looking at the closeup. The branch gave it away!ERLover wrote:Cant find it in the first pic but sure JPG will.

Couldn't find it in the first pic until I read your comment. Found it and it is very cleverly disguised. Thanks for another great pic.
