Depends upon whether one wants to attempt to prevent inadvertent loosening of those set screws.
Absolutely true. Then again the 10ER has two set screws on that collar. One puttied and one not. Someone here or on Skips group broke the collar because he didn't realise there was a second set screw covered in putty.
