Well just picked this puppy up. An Early B Day present from Michael to Mike.
Plus I just got a phone call that I won 5.5 Million $ and a new Mercedes. It is a wonderful day.

The Greatness officially starts
Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.

It doesn't look like a Shopsmith...
but I know from experience that it is a sweet machine. I had a chance to use a very similar one before I got laid up. Buy good blades for it (don't go cheap) and you will be very pleased. If you don't have an extension fence and outrigger tables to go with it I suggest that be one of your next projects.
Without outriggers it can become a bit dangerous.
Shouldn't I see a 10E somewhere there in the back ground and maybe a Greenie?

I've been waiting on the shopsmith sliding arm miter saw to get one. Now with your windfall perhaps you could jump start the production of them for us?
What model DeWalt is that?
And happy pre-birthday!

Dusty cant get anything past you and JPG, next to the SS BS is the tubes for the ER I need to reassemble. I ordered up a Freud 60T thin Kerf -5 Hook Miter saw blade for my Menards CPMS at home, which has on it a full Kerf 1/8"blade, and not a negative hook, but will put this one on the DeWalt, but the thin Kerf 40T that came made it made a clean cut on a piece of Oak today.dusty wrote:It doesn't look like a Shopsmith...

The other SS I posted about is a grayling I picked up 2 weeks ago with a SS BS for $200, and will bring down a greenie planer I have up there that is over and above the Menards 6" clone I have up there.
Dusty, I make out of pieces of 2x4s out riggers, I have been there and done that.

Best price on the saw was HD non in stock, shipped there free but 7 days, a store pick up.
Ya MS should go there, just like in the past RAS and a TS, new market area.
I do use my TS for some CC one the miter gauge and also the CPMS depending on the width of the piece.

Nice saw! My wife got me the 718 a few years ago. I then got the Dewalt stand. I love it. I prefer the light kit instead of the laser. For me the light creates enough of a shadow on the blade to form a line.
PowerPro Mark 7, 11" Bandsaw, 4" Jointer, 12" Professional Planer, DC3300 Dust Collector, DW745, DW718 w/ DW723 and a DW788 w/ DW7880.
