I don't think that works! I screwed up my share of projects and yet they up and made me "Engineering Manager".

I don't think that works! I screwed up my share of projects and yet they up and made me "Engineering Manager".
Perhaps they made you a paper shuffler so you would no longer screw up the hardware! :D
