Safety Labels

The last time I did a restore on a Mark 5 I purchased all of the safety Stickers, information stickers, etc. in a kit. Does anyone know if they are still available and if so how do I find them to order them?

I found a partial old set,that I had in my SS stuff

516626 Warning Label ... $4.80 old set

516627 Speed Chart Label ... $3.25

but there were others. Anybody know the #'s?

There only 2 there, there were 2 more for a total of 4 on the headstock, I will scan them and post later.
