I waited a whole YEAR for the bandsaw table insert and no gift card. Perhaps I'm too loyal?

At least you can get parts for SS equipment, some stuff today that is only 10 years old you can't get parts for OR the parts cost more than a whole new unit.Be thankful you can get parts for your 62 year old Mark 5. I AM!

Ed,

I don't know how/why I was chosen to get the card, but my wait was about the same as yours.
Maybe they just introduced a new policy to try and quell the complaints.

I'm just glad I'm STILL able to find parts for my 60+ year
old Cast Iron Model 10s.

(Granted, I have to buy a"parts machine" every so often.)
But belts and bearings are all still available.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

I have no complaints about this other then I missed out on a $30 waiting bonus some people got. Just wondering why some people got them and others didn't. This has nothing to do with any other subject.

Ed, I would call them and ask why? Couldn't hurt, maybe an oversight?
