Well the Amazon Santa dropped it off today, I have the same one at home but needed one here at moms. The one I have at home is not soft start or variable speed, an older model that fits in the same frame.

Not realizing or reading far enough on the router description that it comes set up to use in a router cabinet/table, in its hand held housing, a T allen wrench for adjusting bit height through the table plate and mounting screws to mount to a table plate. So the other thing will be going back to Santa Amazon.
I will be mounting Reibles tool tip/review from a few months back, the Musclechuck collet.
