Of course they will have some slop, at least enough to slide around in the dovetail but I don't expect it to excessive. I be curious how much slop(amount of the sloping dovetail sides the clamp presses against).
In addition, how rigid they are. They look kinda thin, but if good steel . . .
Also is the stated $ for one or a pair?
