That set looks awesome! And you're making me feel guilty. I took the quick road and bought some inexpensive hand-made cornhole boards (advertised on Craigslist) for my daughter's high school graduation party.
But I still managed to learn something interesting. If you want to make the game really challenging, just shine the boards up good with some JPW. Afterward, if your bag doesn't land almost perfectly dead, it will shoot off the board like a hockey puck on ice.

Thanks guys,
Couple coats of clear then yellow spraypaint through cheap Michael's, local craft store chain, stencils. Followed with a few more coats. Super pleased with the outcome.
I'll keep the JPW in mind.
