Dont feel like it by there weight. I just put a magnet on them and no sticking maybe not die cast as the company name sez but from bar stock from them, that feels like it and makes more sense.
They weigh 2x more then the factory pulley.

Quite often if a pulley won't go on a shaft and the shaft is clean, I put the pulley in a toaster oven at about 300 for a while. It will expand a tad and slip on. Don't forget the gloves! damhik! (JPG can translate that)
