Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them. :)

Nah! If he doesn't have enough sense to figure that out - Why bother?

These guys on Lumber Jocks, so far, Know nothing about a 510. They only spread the dislike of sawing and only remembering magazine adds of a ER/

Several years ago we got into a discussion in Lumber Jocks about Shopsmiths. That turned out to be a waste of time/ These haters (bone heads) don't care to be informed about anything except those things they already favor or had already been exposed to.

If he is thinking of using it as a lathe, he would be better off with an ER.
