He is a member on the 10er Shopsmith Users Group on Yahoo. His web site is no longer working and I don't believe he making the slow speed kit at this time.mdfinder wrote:Just spent a good part of the day reading through mickyd's Greenie, restoration thread, than I come back here and you guys are still brainstorming. Gotta lov it, I may never get any work done.
What about this video, is this thing for real I am guessing you know this person?

Yes, his email was carrer-lemans??? something. Someone here knows. A couple of years ago he was going to make cast 10ER SPT adapters just like the Magna originals. I paid him up front to help the production effort (as did others I believe). We had many productive conversations and then he disappeared.rpd wrote:He is a member on the 10er Shopsmith Users Group on Yahoo. Re: Shopsmith10er.com
Ron D, maybe a health/death issue, I cant believe an ER owner would take the money and run. Well maybe one I can think of.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE EQUALS WISDOM. Albert Einstein
The Greatness officially starts
Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them.

Re: Shopsmith10er.com
Here's what I did with mine.
http://www.shopsmith.com/ss_forum/commu ... 18516.html
By some twist of fate there were 3 SS at garage sales. I have a machine shop and fabrication business and don't do too much wood work. I got the ER10 and saw it could be a nice grinding and sanding station for sharpening cutters and deburring metal parts. So... I turned it in to a dedicated grinding station. Take a look at the link and I hope you get some ideas.
