Some of my favorites are the 1,2,3 blocks and keyway stock sized from 3/4 to 1/8 in 16th increments. Invaluable for precise fence to blade settings as well as for router bit and other blade height settings.
A little 2" aluminum square from Lee Valley is handy, too.
Stew-Mac makes a couple of heavy bodied scrapers that are very handy. They are used on almost every project.
Finally, someday I'll learn to use the Kerf Maker bought several years ago. I'm sure it will be fun to use.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the inclinometer I just downloaded to my smart phone. Might not replace the Wixey, but I'll give it a whirl.
