Got my SS hat!

Post by moggymatt »

Went down to the local Shopsmith demo and saw Mike. Ordered a new quill. Mike was kind enough to pull the one out of his headstock so I could compare to mine and without a doubt, mine had more slop than a pig farmers trough. MIKES a good guy, we BS'ed a bit and confirmed the price increases are coming.
Got my hat too.

Very nice looking hat! Is it sized or one-size fits all with a strap/buckle design?

One size fits all with the velcro adjustment in the back. It's a lightweight type hat.

Who is advertising and who is they?

moggymatt simply said he got a hat from Mike at the demo. I wish I had gotten one from Dave Folkerth when I bought my Power Pro from him at Lowes in Layton UT. I guess they didn't have them back then.

I enthuthsiasticly advertise for them every time someone asks "What did you make that with?". The response I usually get is "No way!".
