Got a message from one of my brothers who lives not far from airport and gets to watch the "show" from home. Today there were 23 war planes over head and choppers all over place and all coming over his house. Wish I was there. We had thought about going last year but found the prices for general public were cost prohibitive. My brother was able to score some free and he went but they came up too late for the other two of us to make arrangements to travel by then. Always next year but I think I'd rather skip the crowds and just watch from his place anyway. Funny my other brother is airplane guy and he has never got to the show.

I dont know what a ticket is this year for a non member, but a few back it was $45 a day. If out on the Tar Mac on a hot sunny day, I heard it is pretty miserable. And parking is about a mile away, dont know if they run shuttles.
