Long Nose Pattern Marker by FastCap

Post by reible »

This pen has turned out to be a go to tool. When I posted a picture with it in the picture there were a few questions as to where to get it. Well while mine is still working I think it is about time to get a replacement so I'll have one to use as needed.

So here is the bad news, it looks like Menard's is getting out to the FastCap line. I went to where they had been and all the fastcap stuff is no longer there. When I stopped by the endcap with the discounted stuff there were several fastcap items(no long nose pattern markers) all with major discounts. I guess that is how things go.

So I have found a place that has them and on sale for now:

https://www.mcfeelys.com/special-promot ... 9xj21.html

Haven't looked around enough to see if this a good price but I have an order going to them anyway so I might order 2 or so of them since I don't know a local place to get them anymore.

Just a heads up in case you think you can stop by a Menard's and get one when you need it.

The bad news was I spent about $50 on other fastcap items to stock up. Wasn't planning to but with the good sale prices and knowing that I can not get them local made it seem OK.

Hi

Why not get it from FastCap? Same price -- $5.50.

As I mentioned I already have an order going to mcfeelys so it is simpler to add it on to that order then to place orders at several places.....

Hi Ed

While I saw that you were going to add them to an existing order, it also appeared, at least as I read your comment, that you were looking for a place to buy them and just happened to find that McFeely's was a source.

I just wanted to point out that you, or others, could buy them direct from FastCap and that the "sale price" at McFeely's appeared to be FastCaps regular price.
