Having a 96 year young mother, who is as sharp mentally as most here, but cant hear for poop anymore, and still pretty physical except for her O2 leash, I laugh at most things, so does she most of the time, went from 75 year old function at 95, to 96 in 2 months, try and feel her frustrations?

At least she has the memory that contributes to that frustration. If she did not remember how it was, she would not be frustrated. Lesser of the evils. ;)

How does Erlovers mother have anything to do with woodcraft magazine?

At one time Woodcraft and Shopsmith had some working agreement. After Shopsmith closed it's retail stores Woodcraft did some headstock rebuilds and many stores had a separate Shopsmith space set aside. At the time we were told by Shopsmith that Woodcraft would be a partner. Not sure what happened to that agreement but SS stuff seemed to get phased out over time.
When SS closed the store here in Tampa I drove to the Woodcraft store in Orlando for my SS supplies. However when the Woodcraft store opened in Clearwater there was no Shopsmith products.

The fact that SS is offering the mag is no surprise. I imagine there is still some sort of lash up between SS and Woodcraft.
