Work light and outlet station

Post by ERLover »

I picked this up at Aldis today, on sale this week. It is really nice, they have some nice stuff. There guarantee on most tools stuff they sell is 3 years and if you are unhappy with a product they double back your money.
The lights turn to horizontal position, the 2 right outlets are spaced further apart to accommodate large diam plugs or transformers, and has a reset button for over loads.

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them. :)

I got it mounted today, nothing fancy as I used too, with stain and Polyed back piece, over the ER horizontal. I am happy except for the latter rungs do a bit of light block, but no else for it here.
House/garage built in 66, 2x4s back then were 1 5/8" thick, now some I bought at the BBS last week were 1 7/16 or 1 3/8s.

Do they take Discover charge cards now?

When we were last in they said they would be but then it turned out to be only debit cards atthe time (which I don't do). I use so little cash that I'm lucky to have $10 in my pocket on any particular day. I might have a use for one of these but not likely to have the cash to buy one.

Ed, get the Fish hooks out of your pocket, and do put some cash in it, I am not a cash guy, but if it is under $10 ish I do get out the cash.
For every card transaction they have to pay a card fee for every transaction on it and it is based on the provider and there monthly total, which in pricing is passed on to you/us!!

I keep one of these on each keychain. Inside each is a $20 bill for emergencies.

When I get down to a dollar or two I get another $20. Probably once a month or less. Summer time is more frequent due to buying fresh things at the farmers markets in the area. We have a lot of individual stands that are on the honor system so you need to put cash in the box. So there are coins in the car and $1 bills in my wallet.

I use my debit card every where. I know a lot of you guys and gals don't believe in them but my credit union has a 100% fraud replacement policy. I have never had to use it and have been using a debit card since they first were available. I have even had them call ME almost immediately after they have seen something they thought was suspicious.
