Mustaches

Post by Skizzity »

I picked up a FREE 16" Crapsman Scroll Saw on Tuesday from craigslist. I've never played with a scroll saw before so I wanted to get some practice on a simple project. Thanks to Steve Ramsey for the templates.

There is a craft fair in December at my kids' school. I might whip out another set for it. Need to make a little stand/holder for 'em too.

What is a Steampunk??? Only one thought comes to mind of when I used go the the Health Club, and in the steam room or shower for that matter. If that is it, no I am not.

That would work. Steampunk reminds me a bit of the wear in Rocky Mnt Picture Show.

So Steampunk is basically Victorian science fiction. I help put on one of the largest Steampunk conventions on the west coast. Steampunks love the mustaches on a stick so I was wondering if that was why you made them. I really like dragons and steam power hence Steamdragon.

20,000 Leagues Beneath the Sea, Wild Wild West, Jonah Hex. All pure examples of Steampunk. It's also a steadily growing market.
