There is someone on E-Bay who makes those repairs but I can't find the link right now. Try E-Bay search for Shopsmith repairs and it may pop up. You will have to send yours to him and he will send it back or exchange a repaired one for yours.

The sheave bearing keep coming out took it to the machine shop and had it press back in but does not stay I have it at 700 rpm for band saw. I also look at the control cam where it goes on the sheave one side is fat and other side is skinning does it make a differens which way it goes?

The 'fat' side needs to face the smaller diameter direction of the cam.
