Bandsaw 5/8" blade tracking issue

Just replaced the tires on my bandsaw to the New Urethane tires provided by Shopsmith. Also, purchased a 5/8" blade for some resawing purposes. However, the blade seems to be tracking poorly on the lower wheel. The teeth of the blade are touching the outside rim of the lower wheel almost over lapping the wheel edge. Everything I researched hasn't lead me to a solution to adjust the bottom wheel or auto tracking bearings so the blade doesn't touch the outside rim of wheel. Anyone able to help?

Is the back of the blade riding against the LOWER guide bearing under the table?( it should, it controls blade positioning on the lower wheel[it ain't adjustable])

Is the blade backup bearing(above the table) clearing the back of the blade?(it should clear very slightly)

I assume the rear guide bearing is positioning the blade properly on the upper wheel.

I assume the rear guide bearing is positioning the blade properly on the upper wheel. Yes it is positioning it well on the upper wheel.

I see the back of the blade about 1/4" from the back of the rim(where it is supposed to be).

Add 5/8" blade and the teeth will be about where they are.

i.e. I do not see anything 'abnormal'.

Make sure the lower wheel bearing is where it is supposed to be. Not sure what would cause it to not be????

Are the teeth touching the metal part of the wheel or just close?

They are touching slightly. I did do a little sawing on a scrape piece of wood and everything seemed to work fine without issue.

Wheel bearings look to be in the correct position. So maybe this is how it is suppose to be? Thanks, Kreg
