Heavy stuff, light-hearted stuff

There's been a lot of heavy stuff on this subforum of late. And that's as it should be. When times are tough, we are all family.

I posted this here a while back. When my own mother was in decline, this video never failed to lift my spirits. Pretty girls singing, and plenty of shavings from vintage hand planes. Props to Roy Underhill and the band Underhill Rose.

I learned over the holidays that "props" is contemporary slang for "with proper credit". Makes perfect sense.

The best is saved for last. I hope that you enjoy, and that your spirits are indeed lifted.
