Heads Up - Bargain 'available'

So I just updated my powerhead to a Powerpro and love it! But, I have a very nice used Mark V motor. Does anyone know of a forum on which one could sell the motor?

Congratulations on the upgrade and welcome to the forum!

As you most likely know we are prohibited from selling things here but ebay and craigs listing are outlets for selling things.

One thing to remember to add to the listing is the brand of the motor. Emerson motors can not be rewired for reverse while a o smith can be. I'm starting to look at making a reversing motor for my shorty so this sort of information would be important for people who are like minded.

If you do plan to post more here and we hope you do, please add a location to your profile. As you can see I live in Aurora IL and if you view other posters you will see we are everywhere. This can come in handy if you have problems and might want to reach out to someone or if some one needs help and they can reach out to you.

Perhaps not as great of a bargain as compared to many finds I see others post here, but a Mark V 500 listed for $525 in what looks to be fair condition. With several accessories not metioned in the description but visible in the pictures, such as a router table, belt sander, maybe a shaper fence, and who knows what else that may be lurking in a box.
