An apron large enough(though small enough to not interfere) to contain all I have had my hands on within the past 5 decades.

Along the lines of what Ed said, where you could change the height an aligned extension table (and floating if all are aligned) as you were adjusting the height of the main table. I wouldn't care if it was motorized, in fact a helper pneumatic would be more preferable to me. Maybe something counterbalanced attached next to the extension posts with a strong tube running along the bottom of all the tables?
Not sure how it could be engineered.

Be well,
Ben

I spend the majority of my time in the shop looking for the tool I had in my hand 5 minutes ago.
A good friend was constantly misplacing every tool as he used it. His oldest son gave him a wheeled two level parts cart he had in his mechanics shop so he had a specific place to set everything not in use.
Amazing how organized my friend got when he had a specific place to set just used tools and such. Then when he was finished for the day, he wheeled the cart back to where everything was normally stored, putting everything in its proper place. Worked wonders! Thinking of trying that myself, now that senior moments happen 24/7!

Be well,
Ben

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

That apron would be as big as some small cities.

At least, for me!

How many of you guys believe in the "hereafter?"
I DO! Now, what am I "here after?"

Was bad when I was 12, it's gotten MUCH worse!

Here on the farm I have been known to misplace the occasional tractor, truck, trailer or piece of farm equipment. :o :o :o :o :o
On the upside I have yet to misplace a horse. :)

Not so much into horses but do they stick those embedded pet tags in them as well?
