I ordered a Kreg bandsaw fence on March 21, 2016 - it's still on back order. I guess if they have it, they ship it. If they don't have it, no telling how long it will take. In general, they seem to do pretty good. Once I ordered the key for the powerpro planer and it took awhile to get. Bob Folkerth sent a handwritten note apologizing for the delay and they didn't charge me for the part.
