This is a marvelous tool for scribing circles or ovals. It’s made for cutting mats but I bought it for woodworking in 1979. I cut four ovals, put it away and never found it until a few weeks ago. I had put it in a box labeled Nikor Film Developing Tank. It will cut up to a 40” diameter circle and ovals change accordingly. Uses a standard X-acto blade. This hasn’t been available for years. If you find anything searching the internet let me know. I couldn’t.
If you are interested PM me or email. Complete with instructions and 4 blades - $25.00 includes shipping in Nikor box.

I use two nails, a piece of string, and a pencil to achieve the same result.

Well, I follow up with a cutting tool...razor knife, scroll saw, bandsaw, depending on what I'm cutting.Skizzity wrote:Must be a really sharp pencil to cut.videobear wrote:I use two nails, a piece of string, and a pencil to achieve the same result.
But you could duplicate the mat cutting action of this tool by substituting a #5 X-acto knife for the pencil in my previous comment.
