Bill Mayo's condition

Post by Ed in Tampa »

Ann Mayo just emailed me to let us know how Bill is doing.
Here is the excerpt on his condition.

"Just want to let you know that Bill is not doing well at all. He is disoriented, very weak, doesn't eat or drink much of anything. I don't know if he will even be able to get on the computer again. I've confined him to his chair as his balance is off, too. He fell yesterday and thankfully did not hurt himself. He is dehydrated among other things and gets confused easily. Fortunately, he has very little pain so far."

She did say Bill's time is getting close.

She promised to keep me informed on Bill's condition, and I promise to pass the info on to the forum.

Please keep Bill, Ann and their family in prayer

I, like most here, have never met Bill but feel as though I have. I keep him in my thoughts and prayers, especially when I use my bandsaw. His posts here have helped many, and I don't recall any of them having the slightest hint of disrespect for anyone. He has helped hundreds I'm sure. A true gentleman.

Thank you, Ed.
Bill has been a true friend to many of us. As Chris said, a true gentleman.
My thoughts and prayers go out to him and Ann.
